The neighborhood is so quiet. The palm trees in the back are amazing. A good community, every one is very nice. Mary is a great manager. Security is always on watch. Maintenance is nice and always there. Pool is nice clean and warm. The apartment is very nice. Overall its a amazing community!

If you come across a review that says anything different, than it was written by the manager.This place is the worst, and please do not go by the pictures or videos.They hire professional production companies to make it look good.High crime, loud neighbors, non existsnt maintenance ; and the worst of all...The Manager Mary is the worst you will ever come across; she will or wont do things just to make your living experience the worst it could possibly be.If you really want to have an idea of what the place is really like ( ghetto) go in the back,where the playground is; don't go by the front model apartment, because that is not what you will get.Most of the places there are condemned. For real...Don't do it! You will never regret anything so bad
