TERRIBLE LIARS TERRIBLE SERVICE NO AC IN OFFICE SMELLS BAD IN OFFICE DON'T RETURN CALLS DON'T SEND SUPPLIES

Discharged from hospital and this company was hired to deliver a walker for person over 6'3 and a bedside toilet to the hospital by 10am. At 2:30pm I had already been discharged but could not leave due to I needed a walker to get from car to the house. The hospital called the company advising them that we would come pick the Waller and toilet up at their place of business. We drive 20+ miles out if the way to their location off Gandy Blvd We arrived and my wife went in to sign and pay for the Co Pay. We were then advised insurance will only cover one item, not both. I told my wife lets just get both and work it out with insurance later. I was just realeased and wanted to get home. 45 minutes it took to process the same order they were supposed to have delivered to the hospital earlier that day. Not the end of the world, but one would think they would run a much more professional and efficient business when dealing with post surgery patients. Just my .02 Cents. King Regards
