I worked with this company on the basis of trust and reliability. Needless to say, they were none of these traits, which I found out after all was said and done. I was lied to about most of their knowledge on the VA Streamlined Home Loan program, which their representative swore she had 10 years experience with, yet I was the one who did all the homework and had to call and verify with the VA about all the necessary paperwork and transaction requirements. Even after everything was said and done, they still had no clue as to how to handle the VA paperwork and the filing procedures. They took my case solely as a commission payout and had little to no concern over how they affected me and my stress levels as I had to literally jump through hoops to get all the paperwork and qualifications done in a 20 day period which they claimed they could handle.



I don't know how they are with conventional loans, but their 10 years VA experience would leave me quite skeptical about them being able to handle any conditions. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company for any reason.
