I hired Mr. Ellzey for my divorce and custody case. I knew he cared because when I explained how my husband was abusing the legal system and using lies to take my kids from me, he shared how he went through a similar situation that was the reason he went to law school. I almost cried when I realized how he was not just a slimy lawyer out to make a buck but that he was there to help me when other lawyers told me I was going to lose and wanted to take my money and give away my kids to a freak. He helped me to understand the uncaring legal process and made sure I make good decisions during a tough time. He stood up for me and my kids. Not only did my husband and his lawyers not get away with what they thought they were going to do to me. Howard listened to my endless drama then made me work to help him put together evidence he used at trial to show the judge what the truth really was after hearing a bunch of lies. My husband and his lawyer didn´t know what hit them because we had our story and our facts straight and could prove it. The judge did not like what my husband tried to do to me, so he found the tables turned and ended up on the losing end! The truth prevailed and my kids are now having a happy and normal life thanks to Howard´s caring attention.
