this business is a joke. their office is situated in the downstairs lobby of the beacon. this elder lady with short white/grayish hair who works there...she is a menace to the residents! i would definitely classify this as an illegitimate real estate business which is very unproductive. on the other hand i do envy their employees, because i definitely wouldn't mind having a job sitting on my buttocks doing absolutely nothing and getting paid to do so!

Investor's Realty is the worst property management group I have ever come into contact with. They are never available, never in the office, always ignoring every complaint, always trying to pass the buck to absolve any kind of responsibility for any problems that arise in a unit, often rude when confronted about the before mentioned issues, slow to react for maintenance issues, but quick to track down those that owe money. The Beacon is a crappy old building with numerous major problems such as: the AC not working, elevators not working, bath tubs and showers that don't drain, runny toilets, broken tile, dirty balconies, MOLD, crime!.... The units that Investor's Realty manages are WAY over-priced dumps and you cannot count on anyone to help you if a problem arises.
