If a half star was able...I would My daughter went to Jenny Nails today 1/5/15 and had the most horrible experience there......While she was inside the shop her nails wasn't dry and messed up and the shop owner wouldn't repair it considering that she was still inside the shop and had not left....I have always had a great experience at Jenny and have always made recommendations to this shop to all my friends in the Conquiaa Keys area...after this...I KNOW LONGER WILL GO TO JENNY NOR WOULD I ADVISE ITS A GOOD PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE....as a provider you have a obligation to provide correct service and customer service to your clients...and Jenny has fail to do so.....people go to shop cause of word of mouth...anyone who does customer service knows that......My word of mouth for this shop would no longer be a good one.....
