Stay away from this practice!!! Unprofessional staff and a DR and Nurse Practitioner that misdiagnosed and miss treat patients

Stay away from this practice! after being a patient for a year, and dealing with the lack of professionalism they discharged me as a patient without any explanation

First appearances: Disorganized, the staff did not seem knowledgeable about procedures. Droors were left open, plastic was left on counters, and the nurse practitioner openly criticized staff.

Myself nor my friend ever met the doctor through two visits. Referrals and scripts were improperly filed and no one at the office would help rectify the situation.

The phone is always busy or no one is available in the billing department. Multiple billing mistakes were made. The bill I was sent and the bill sent to my insurance company was different.

The visit was not completely terrible, but the follow up care was severely lacking. Myself and my friend will no longer use this office.

I was a patient of the practice for many years. After dealing with the issues of her selling her practice to Bayfront, I then had to deal with the issues of her going back out on her own. Most importantly, office disorganization and staff turnover. I don't know why she can't retain people but it's a huge problem. A doctor is only as good as her staff. Her staff is poorly trained, rude and I rarely saw the same person twice. The turnover compounded the problem of office disorganization. After issues with appointments, prescriptions, referrals and prior authorizations, I finally got fed up and left the practice. I just hope they can find my chart so it can be sent to my new primary care.
