I was a bit reluctant to try this location after reading the reviews. being from out of town and finding few alternatives I went. lucky for me. the young gal that assisted me was very sweet, and also knowledgeable about the product. I had a great experience and wish there was a salon in my town! thanks for making my taking experience a great one.

I just started tanning at LA Tan . Never been there before, i read the reviews before going and was scared so i called other places but the prices were really high so i decided to call Latan and just see and first off the girl on the phone dana was extremely helpful and explained all the memberships to me (amazing prices) and the benefits i would get if i became a member. I was sold i figured the least i could do is go see for myself how the place was. I got there and the place is HUGE and might i add cleaner then any tanning salon ive ever been to. And i have been tanning for YEARS. She re explained everything to me and gave me a tour of the place. I signed up. Everyone should see for their self. Reviews are opinions and as far as im concerned im sure as HELL glad i didnt listen to some of the negative reviews.i just wanted to post my opinion on the place since i read the reviews before going and now that i have actually webt and saw the place for myself i can give my honest opinion and say I LOVE THIS PLACE!! But dont take it from me go see for yourself.

THIS IS SO NOT TRUE. DANA IS THE BEST AT ACCOMMODATING ANY CUSTOMERS NEED. SHE IS AN ASSET TO LA TAN AND HER WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE IS INCREDIBLE, PERHAPS THAT DAY, THE CUSTOMERS WAS JUST HAVING A BAD DAY. WE ALL DO. DANA NEVER HAS ANYTHING BUT PLEASANT THINGS TO SAY. MOST SHE IS THERE FOR ALL YOUR TANNING SALOON NEEDS!

DANA YOU ARE AWESOME! ME AND MULTIPLE OTHERS WILL STOP GOING TO LA TAN IF SHE IS EVER REMOVED, UNLESS IT IS OF HER CHOICE! WHAT I DO SEE IS THAT LA TAN GIVES HER NO KUDOS OR RELIEF! HOW ABOUT A THANK YOU TO HER FOR THE OUTSTANDING JOB AND MOST ACCOUNTABILITY! I KNOW I CAN TAN EVERYDAY, BECAUSE SHE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS THERE TO TAKE CARE OF HER PATRONS. WHERE AS THE MANAGER, SHE IS AWFUL AND MEAN TO HER IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. VERY SAD!!! DANA SHOULD BE YOUR MANAGER. SHE WELL VERSE IN SAFETY AND TANNING PRODUCTS AND CAN ADVISE THE TANNER OF THERE NEEDS!!!

Dana is fantastic and accommodating to all. A true asset. I do hope you will acknowledge and award her with goodness. Its her accountability! You can count on her to run your company. Not your manger. She is UGGGG!

Very clean, equipment is in good shape, front desk girl is very pleasant. Would recommend to a friend.

BAD BUSINESS BAD MANAGEMENT

I AHVE BEEN TANNING AT LA FOR YEARS NOW, I HAVE SEEN IT ALL, EACH TIME YOU BRING A NEW MANAGEMENT IN, YOU CAN TEEL. THIS TIME I APPLAUD THIS GENTLEMAN FROM CHICAGO NAME JOE! POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, DEMEANOR AND ATTIDUE GENUINE! TREATS EVERY CUSTOMER WITH A WELCOME AND GOODBYE. ALSO HE IS AN ASSET REGARDING SALES, NOT SURE WHAT OR HOW MUCH HE SALES, THE WAY HE DOES PRESENT HE PRODUCTS, HE CLEARLY ADVISES AND CLAREFIES THE PRODUCT USES AND MOST HE IS NOT PUSHY, HE TAKES PRIDE IN THE SALOM, BY HIS ACTIONS, CLEANINESS OF THE SALON AND MOST CUSTOMER SERVIVE. BACK TO SALES, MAYBE THAT DAY HE DIDNT SALE THE PRODUCT, I GUARANTEE THAT CUSTOMER WHEN HE OR SHE IS IN NEED OF A PRODUCT, THEY WILL REMEMBER THE SALE AND PURCHASE. Worst tanning place ever. The the plastic plating is cracked in multiple places on the tanning beds, the girl that "helped" my friends and I, was not very helpful, forgot to mention quite a few things regarding their tanning deals. Not accommodating to anyone on a budget. Good job getting an extra 5$ out of my friends and I. We will not be coming back.

LOVE THE GALS, ALWAYS BEDS CLEAN AND FACILTY. JUST SOMETIMES BEDS ARE NOT AS HOT, IT'S THE COURTESY AND POLITENESS I RECIEVE FROM THE TWO MAIN WOMEN , I ONLY SEEM TO SEE WORKING AND CLEANING CONSTANT!!!THANK YOU! THEY DESERVE A THANK YOU!!!!
