Had treatment, tech did walls, of all rooms, ask why the floor wasn't being done, and he said it wasn't needed. Now this is where most of the termites were coming from, and I informed him of this, still the floor wasn't done. No offer of contract was mentioned. It has now been 2 years since treatment, and the termite swarms have gotten worse. We called, and we had to wait 3 months for someone to come out. Nothing was ever done, so we are looking for treatment from another company. $500 thrown away,
