This gentleman could have taken me for a ride, instead he fixed my computer inexpensively and quickly. He also gave me options on how to get it fixed. Very fair and honest. These work ethics are hard to find these days.

My computer was shutting down withing seconds of starting up. So after taking my computer to another repair shop (twice), waiting a week, and paying for them to "fix" it. Only to get it back home and it doing the same thing again. I took it to Kirk and he had it back to me the next day for less. Outstanding!
