Do not get involved with these people. The apartment itself is in good shape and the location isn't bad, but the staff are the most combative and rude people I have ever had to deal with in renting or any other professional context. Whenever something needs to be solved they say it isn't their problem before you can finish a sentence. The very first time I went to the office, just to give them a heads up about something, the manager starting shouting, and I mean from the diaphragm shouting, at me. I can't believe how these people conduct themselves.
