We have been at OTM since 2010 and I can't say enough about how much it has helped my children grow, mature, set goals, persevere, and continually work towards harder challenges. Every instructor is great. I feel like at some schools you might have an amazingly talented martial artist but they don't necessarily work well with small children. Other places are wonderful for small children but it is more playtime than it is martial arts. Here at OTM you will find both. The skills my kids are learning at OTM have made, and will continue to make them more successful in every area of life.

My family has been part of this Ninja Family since 2006. The best thing I could have ever done for my kids!! Sure, the karate training and exercise is AMAZING but for us it's not all about that. There is so much more... My son has turned out to be quite the young man. The confidence and positive self-esteem are the real treasures. In life it's important how you deal with people and how resilient you are to the challenges you face in life. The lifetime skills my children have learned are priceless. The leadership skills and the ability to deal with everyday challenges with positive outlook are just some of the qualities your children will learn. Lifetime friendships are made here!!! The best place to be in my eyes!!!

We have been going to OTM since 2010. I love the confidence, focus, perseverance, discipline, and self-control that my kids have gained. The teachers at our school immediately noticed a difference in the kids. Our PE coach is blown away by the difference he sees in their balance and coordination. And as a mom I feel like I have a whole team of experts on my side.

If you're looking for a great martial arts school, this is it! The staff is amazing, and the age specific curriculum is top notch. They say it takes a village to raise a child...well, I definitely agree, and I'm so thankful both of my kids are a part of this Ninja tribe!!

Friendly, FUN and Caring environment!!Very thankful for all the encouragement and positive guidance given to our son.We have seen his self esteem and determination greatly improve. We started when he was 4. A year later and plan to be with On The Mat family for a long time.

The most amazing place to have your kids a part of!!! Positive and caring environment! We are going on 8 years and do not see a end!! My kids feel like they are family here. Truth is ...we all feel that way. A MUST!!!

My son has been a student at OTM for 5 years. He loves all the instructors and staff. They offer a caring and loving enviroment. They have taught my son about character building, self esteem and motivated him to be a all around great person. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for the whole experience.

My Daughter has been going to OTM since she was 3 and she is now 8. She loves every bit of it and so do my husband and I. Master Melody has talent and so do those under her! Her programs have built strength, willpower, motivation and self esteem within my child, and I cant thank them enough for their efforts!

My son has been going to OTM since he was 3. He is now 7. Master Melody Shuman and her staff are exceptional teachers. They are very caring, encouraging, guiding of their young students. They keep the classes moving and work on rotating skills to keep the students engaged. Drills are fun, yet geared to build skill, focus and strength. My son has grown tremendously under their instruction. They offer special camps throughout the year and during school breaks which are fun to attend. You could not find a better school or staff in my opinion for your child.
