Do not use the male groomer. I brought my dog in for a trim and he shaved her!! The ladies are wonderful and seem to really like dogs. the man seems angry and does whatever he wants without asking the customer what they would like.

The store is well merchandised, however, things are very, very over priced. You can get similar items on line at a much lower price....not worth the trip.

At a recent visit to this store, my dog and I were warmly greated and everyone who worked there was helpful and knowlegable about the items and foods carried at the store. Even though it was busy, the owner spent several minutes with me discussing the importance of feeding my dog a healthy diet. It is a dog boutique and the items are upscale, however, they are very unique and I felt like the prices are fair. I brought my little Yorkshire terrier to their spa and he has NEVER looked so good! I will definately let others know about this place because I have been in every boutique in the area and One Lucky dog soars above the rest in every category, especially customer service.
