DON'T GET CARE DETAILED HERE!

I have been here quite a few times for a regular car wash, but never had my car detailed here. Well I did it today and it was a JOKE! Not only did they miss spots everywhere (inside too), but when I showed the manager, he didn't seem to understand. BLESS HIS HEART LOL. Since I could tell this was going nowhere- I asked to speak to the other manager. OMG...He was worse..like he didn't have reasoning skills either. It was like I was being punked.

I will never bring my vehicles here again. Not sure if it's because they are under new management or what...but never again.

I went there on October 3 and this is the second time they have taken things out of my truck this is called stealing the manager is never a help always denied it they. Have thieves that work there from the top down.

I've been a faithful customer for many years, however am quite over the attitudes and rudeness of of Robert and Donna every time I go there. Robert is the guy who takes your order when you exit your car at the vacuum and Donna is the cashier who's worked there forever. Hay guys, a show of appreciation and a "thank you" goes s long way. Especially for a long time valued customer

Wouldn't recommend, had my interior cleaned and they ruined the finish. My wife spoke to the manager Gary and he offered nothing to remedy the damage. I called the other manager Tony and he always refused to take responsibility. Take your car somewhere else if you don't want it ruined by these lackluster jokers.

YEA PRONTO IS RIGHT AS IN THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY PRONTO. I LEFT CHANGE IN MY CUP HOLDER, GOT BACK TO MY CAR AND IT WAS GONE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE DETAIL SUCKED, WATER STAINS ALL OVER.

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!!

My Husband & I have been using Pronto for years and I don't know of a car wash that does better. They have been around since the 50's so they must be doing something right. I think they are reasonable & we are happy everytime we take our vehicles there. They also have a nice self serve set up. Thanks Pronto!
