This company should be under the microscope of the Federal government as well as State Authorities.. I am aware of three homeowners (all part of Asscocia Gulf) that have paid dues yet the companies backwards computer system and website refuses to update their paid dues and in stead of being in communication and trying to solve the problems they only refer to their attorneys.



They need to be legally put out of business and their CEO and upper management need to visit a judge.



Worst , Worst company I have ever dealt with.

street access doors installed 1st part of july - now coming up on 1st of october - entering 4th month not completed - ridiculous !

This IDIOTS don't know how to update a new contact info. After one year calling and trying to find a reliable address to send them a payment, they screw up. Misplace the payment and now they have us under court surveillance. How stupid can you be????? I have sent the confirmation for our payment, but of course no one answer the phone, no body knows what is going on. They refer us to the lawyers, lawyers said we need to talk to the supervisor at Rampart Properties...... This is RIDICULOUS. Is like dealing with monkeys. They should go out of business soon. This is a waist of time and money for the responsible people who pay their bills.
