Founded in 1975, Restorative Care of America manufactures prefabricated orthopedic and rehabilitative orthoses. It offers foot, hand, leg, arm, hip, pediatric and bariatric orthoses. I would never do business with...

I would never do business with this company if they were the last orthotics company on the planet. We missed a couple of payments on a small bill. They turned us over to a cutthroat lawyer collection agency that kept calling our business during business hours threatening us in loud demanding language on our answer machine so that our customers could hear. You would think that businesses that depend on our business would be more sympathetic seeing that we are in a competitive bid area and having suffered a 7 month RAC audit. We have been long time customers of RCAI and they have made money from us. Now when times are tough this is how they treat us. As long as this industry is full of self serving unsympathetic businesses it can expect to be squashed. It can expect extinction .
