I have been shopping at Richards for years and I was surprised to only see one other review. I think the people are always friendly and helpful and I like that I can buy so many foods in bulk at a reasonable price and that it is a small store so you don't get lost with endless rows of things to buy. The only downside is they do close at 6pm and naturally being a smaller store, they may not have all the cold products, like organic milk. However, the personal service makes up for this and I have to go to other stores anyway so it is not a problem for me.

I have been shopping at Earth Origins for years. Since shopping at Richard's the other day I almost feel taken! Richard's offers their products at a significantly lesser price and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely my new health food go to store!
