My name is John and I have been servicing sewing machines since 1971 (!). I consider myself a Master Craftsman and I pride myself on re-calibrating machines back into factory specifications. I have a flat rate service charge which covers a complete COA (Clean, Oil, Adjust) and Calibration. If, for ANY reason, it's going to be more then that, I will contact you first. REPAIR ESTIMATES ARE ALWAYS FREE. All machines will have their covers removed, all lint and debris blown out and all adjustments checked and set to factory specifications. It will be lightly lubricated (not dripping) to ensure smooth, quiet operation and it will be sewn off on 3 different types of fabric to verify correct tensions. I will also provide you with a 61 point checklist sew that you can see exactly what was done to your machine. >644-2346
