Very sad today with Shell's service, the poorest I ever seen, and I've been living around the block for more than 10 years, what a shame, because the only reason I go there it's because my husband trusts the gasoline there. Ali and Cynthia were talking to themselves while us (customers) waited in line, and when my turn comes, this Ali, asks me: "What do you need?"pointing her fingers at me. Believe me when I say that I am sweet as a candy, but after I requested my gas I asked her: "What is your attitude", so she nodded, said a few more things I couldn't hear, I said a couple more, and that was it!! Enough with the "this is a gas station customer service treatment mentality". Instead of $20 on pump 12, I should have answered: I need you to do your job!!!!
