Bad Customer Service

/When I finally received a bill it had the wrong phone number on it for calling the company. It had the wrong amount of water usage. I went to my apartment manager and she said I was not the only tenant to have trouble with Southern Water management, because others had not received bills and had been billed incorrectly. Our tenants are high profile business leaders in the community and don't really take well to bad customer service. When our apartment manager called Southern Water, the manager got mad and hung up on her. Our apartment complex has agreen to end all services with this company because they have such bad customer service.
