Don't waste your time and money here at this company, totally ripping people off, all they are
after is your money.

If you do fall for the owner's smooth talk, "Keith" be sure, dead sure never pay in advance no matter
what the promises, insist on paying upon completion of the plans and your satisfaction and passing
at the County...... otherwise you're out $$$ and time.

Well, all I can say is I wished I would had done this research about this company, as is I'm out

about $80,000 and fighting with Suncoast Design's owner "Keith" and my contractor for not fulfilling

the design as I wanted. This has been a terrible phase of our life, with money not really enough to go

around and trying to improve on our home, after being promised that the design "We all agreed on"

would come in at and around $70,000 we're $10,000 over and only 1/2 way finished. After paying Suncoast

the required $5,000.00 for the blueprints, our contractor is telling us we need to go back and have blueprints

altered to meet our specifications..... with SunCoast wanting more $$$ and the contractor at a stop, our next

stop will be at our lawyer's office. Word of warning, don't use these guys unless you really have money to throw away... will keep you posted with our lawsuit against this organzation.



IF YOU HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW, THEY NEED A CLASS ACTION SUIT FILED AGAINST THEM.
