I was at Seminole lanes not Sunrise lanes and I met Bev in the pro shop she fixed a thumb hole for me and did an excellent job very happy the way it turned out

The saff was extremely rude. The snack area was dirty. I would not go here.

if you had spoken to management they would have tried to "fix" your problems, I'm in a league there & staff has always been helpful. If you call ahead, or pick "non-kid " hours. You maybe could have taught "ettiqet"! ask

My family and I decided to go bowling today(sunday). This will never happen again at sunrise lanes(better known as chucky cheese). This lane had more kids between 5-7 then adults. My family and I were stuck between a lady and her 3 kids and a mexican family and neither one of these family's new the first thing about bowling etiquette. I used to enjoy bowling and was concidering rejoining a league. Thanks to Sunrise, this is not going to happen.
