It's been 2 weeks since my windshield has been replaced by Pete at Tampa Bay Auto Glass and everything since has been working just fine. Pete handled all my questions and concerns patiently and professionally. When shopping around for windshield repair I felt really pressured by other businesses to go with them, but with Pete he just answered all my questions and never tried to push me or talk bad about other repair companies.

Very professional, and listened to my concerns about the type of windshield I wanted. I feel he went out of his way to accomodate our needs. Pete was excellent in replacing the windshield in both of our Honda's that were damaged, and he even did one of them at my husband's place of employment. We were very impressed with their service, professionalism and quality of work. I'm glad we told our insurance company to use them instead of who they were trying to recommend. Great job guys, and thank you!!!

ALL I CAN SAY FOR TAMPA BAY AUTO GLASS IS GREAT SERVICE, ON TIME, AND A FIVE STAR RATING. FIVE MONTHS AGO I GOT A CRACK IN MY WINDSHILD. I CALLED MY INSURANCE, PUT IN A CLAIM, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT HERE TO REPLACE IT. ALL I CAN SAY IS BAD SERVICE, AND A VERY CHEAP WIND SHIELD. SO THREE MONTHS GO BYE AND A ROCK HIT MY WIND SHIELD AND CRACKED IT ALL THE WAY DOWN AGAIN. SO THIS TIME I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND TAMPA BAY AUTO GLASS. CALLED, TALKED TO PETE ABOUT MY SITUATION AND HE TOLD ME HE ONLY USES THE BEST QUALITY FOR WIND SHIELD REPLACEMENT. THAT HE DID, HE CAME OUT AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME, ON TIME, GREAT QUALITY WIND SHIELD, AND FIXED THE QUICK JOB THE OTHER COMPANY DID. PETE WAS VERY DETAILED IN THE WORK HE DID, AND THE QUALITY OF WORK HE DID. THANK YOU TAMPA AUTO GLASS FOR DOING GREAT WORK, AND QUALITY WORK AT THAT!!!

I really enjoyed dealing with this company. I had to call them out for a windshield replacement WITHOUT insurance. They made sure I understood what the charges were and worked with me to make sure my schedule wasn't interrupted. The installer was very friendly and very patient even though I was running late from another appointment. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I would recommend this comapny to anyone who wants quality, on-time service from a reliable company. He was friendly and efficient from setting up the appointment with my insurance to him cleaning everything up and leaving. I've had no issues, but know that if I were to I can call them and they'd take care of it.

They were very reliable, courteous, and performed quality work. They came to me so I didn't have to take time off from work to get a new windshield.

Pete was friendly, informative, honest, skillful and quick as he replaced my car windshield. I have no reservations in recommending Tampa Bay Auto Glass to anybody requiring a windshield replacement.

I want to say that Tampa Bay Auto Glass went above and beyond when Pete replaced my windshield. He was on time, polite and friendly, and did not mind explaining things to me when I had questions. He showed me how there is a hose placed near the motor that takes water away and keeps it from getting in my car. Mine was clogged and he showed me how to clean it out. He actually did the cleaning of the hose for me. He was very professional and did a perfect job. I would highly recommend his work to others. It is so nice to have someone work on my car that takes pride in his work.

If you need a windshield, Tampa Bay Auto Glass LLC is the professionals you need. Pete did a great job on replacing my windshield. He was on time to the schedule appointment I had not to mention the $50.00 he took off my deductible instead of the Gift card. I cannot say enough about the extra effort Tampa Bay Auto Glass went to in order to repair my vehicle. Due to some insurance issues they came out twice and even gave me pointers on how not to have my windshield replaced for a third time as I drive quite a bit and often have run-ins with rocks. Awesome customer service and very punctual!

This man explained the process of removing the necessary trim and windshield glass all the while I was watching and talking to him. This helps me a lot in picking the firm working for me. His firm did an excellant job.
