The owner is very rude. I have had a lot of problems since I have moved in her apartments. The first two day my sink came apart and flooded my whole kitchen. It took two day for them to fix it. My bedroom door didn't shut all the way. My bathroom cabinent came apart. The front door was broken where you had to lock it to keep it shut and the bottom of my door fell apart. It takes them like few days before repairing anything. The maintence people are always hanging out with the neighbors instead of fixing your apartment. I left my trash outside for 20 minutes and I got a knock on my door like it was the police yelling at me for the trash and I was going to take it down I was just finish cleaning up. I went up to talk to the manager about all the problems I have had and she got in my face and yelled back at me. I strongly suggest you don't move in any of her apartments like the waterside, tanglewood, or the palma cia apartments.
