Credit Card Compliance Violations

To Whom It May Concern:

Yesterday I tried to make a purchase at Tatum Bait & Tackle 2445 34th St S Saint Petersburg, FL 33711 (727) 321-9353

Using my MasterCard Debit card, I purchased 3 dozen shrimp, for bait. When I tried to check out the nice lady behind the counter explained that there was a $10.00 minium purchase, when I complained that I shouldn’t be forced to buy more items the owner was called. The owner was a rude man, who told me he pays $.35 per transaction and that was his store and he would do what ever he damn well pleased. The items were paid for in cash by my daughter and we left. I can’t believe MasterCard, is letting him get away with this. How many other people is he forcing to purchase more items because he doesn’t like the fees he has to pay in order to accept your card. I’ll not be embarrassed like this again, I expect you to take action and stop this person from violating your regulation so that people that do not know that the merchant ripping them off, will not be taken.
