My 1999 model car had its front bumper torn away as it sat in a restaurant parking lot. I had heard good things about the Body Works auto body shop, and had AAA tow it there. Within just a few minutes, I had a solid price for the repair and a statement that the car would be ready the next day. The price was very fair and the timing for the repair completion was a very pleasant surprise. I also asked that my driver's side door handle be repaired ( not to be covered as part of the accident). The car was ready the next day, just as had been promised, and the work was excellent. The reasonable repair price for the bumper made it easier for the party who hit my car, as well as for me, so working with the Body Works really alleviated what could have been a difficult situation. I'm so glad I had the work done at this location!

OK. I am so impressed with the level of service I received last week that I had to share with anyone looking for best auto body work with personal attention to clients. I absolutely had to have the job done by close of business on Friday which was earlier than estimated. Mel Mendez, the owner, realized the scope of my predicament and immediately went into action actually going into after hours while his crew was shutting the shop down and personally completed the dent repair and paint job. The final result was absolutely perfect with no flaws whatsoever. I would have to take a guess that no other auto body shop would care so much. Quality work with a quality owner. I just picked my car up from Body Works and am very satisfied. I was involved in a hit and run in a parking lot and am impressed with the work. Mel is professional and honest and works very hard for a happy customer. My car was actually done two days early and Mel was eager to show me the quality of the work he did. I had just recently purchased the car used and he pointed out to me the difference between the shoddy repair work that had been done on it before, compared to the quality of his work. They were things that I may not usually have noticed, like differences in paint texture between factory original paint (like they use at the shop) and generic paint, poor fit of a previously replaced bumper, etc. Just pointed out some things to look for when making a used car purchase in the future. The price was very reasonable and a great value for the work, and he detailed the car for free. Based on my experience here I am confident in the craftsmanship and quality of work at body works.

I have had two repairs done by Mel and The BodyWorks, and I was extremely satisfied both times. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work. Great work!
