Traded in two items. Both items were accepted and credit was given. Upon returning to use the credit I was informed half of the previous credit had been revoked due to the condition of the item. this is odd since it was already accepted and the credit has already been given I was gonna ignore it and just asked for the item back since I no longer was getting credit for it. We were told the item has been thrown away. I am now left with no item nor any credit. The owner got heated saying we were trouble and not gonna argue with us. I explained the error in her business model but was told by her we are not getting the credit and the item was already trashed that was the end of it.

Keep in mind we are only talking about a 10 dollar credit. As new parents of twins far more business would have been gained then the 10 bucks she essentially stole from her customer. If you take away the credit you cant expect to also keep the item or chose to dispose of it. It has to be given back.
