I opened up my account with BB&T almost a year ago. I thought the teller"s are very funny & they alway"s make me laugh. But after I purchased a cashier"s check not too long ago I started having problem"s with them. The check was send to citrus county. They sent the check back after the clerk of the court said she couldn"t find a case #. I showed the letter to the teller & explained that I spent 7 months in jail & paid $2500.00 to Jay blackstone. I expected the total amount that I paid for the cashier"s check. She gave me $1.00 back. The second was when I when in to discuss my account. The man working in the bank told me I can"t get $20.00 from the teller"s but I can get $20.00 from the atm machine. I said it make"s no difference.

The 3 time was just recently. On the 29 of November I was having problems again. So they deciided to block my atm card & close my account. I told them I wanted to open up another account because I was expecting my Disability check on December 3. On dec 3 my check for $192.00 was sent back to the treasury & the goverment told me it would be 10 day"s. On Dec. 13 I didn"t recieve my check in the mail so I go to the goverment & they tell me I need to talk to the bank. I then found out that the check was resent to BB&T on the 4 of december. They the bank claim"s my account was overdrawn so they keep the check & never return it to the goverment.Now because of this I"am homeless and the back don"t seem to care. When I went back there yesterday they tell me I owe them $5.00 The bank & the people that work there are totally dishonest.
