Honestly after reading these reviews i was in shock. I thought the office staff were very kind and attentive. They made every effort to calm down my youngest daughter who is definitely scared of dentists. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there. Thank you ladies for all your help.

If I could give no stars, I would. The staff has absolutely no manners at all, they hang up in the middle of your phone call. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Since the first appointment for my grandmother's dentures, it has been 8 months and she still doesn't have them. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone and even in the office. The lobby will be full of people waiting and there are four people behind the desk laughing and making jokes among themselves not caring about anything. Horrible, don't go there for anything, it's not worth the time, the money, or the nerves.

I give negative 5 stars. My 14 year old son suffered with a major impacted wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled immediately. The office staff screwed up the insurance. They each had a different story. I never got to the bottom of anything. I just kept holding on till the next day in hope they would call to make the appt. To extract it only to find out they couldn't do the extraction any way but were waiting for an approval. I have to take him to an oral surgeon now. He has been suffering terribly for 20 days now. The dr.'s are hardly ever there. The office manager is never there. The Dr. Refuses to call me back. It is barbaric. Don't take your children there.
