Upward Photography was created with the dream of serving families by providing creative, modern family portraits that are fun and affordable. St. Petersburg Photographer, Emily Gilly, is an on-location, natural light photographer serving families all over the Tampa Bay area. Emily is a sought after photographer and enjoys photographing maternity, newborn, baby, child, family and high school senior sessions. She is a naturalist at heart and prefers to capture organic images rather than forced smiles and traditional poses. That said, Emily still directs her clients shoots placing them in the best light and in more modern/casual poses. Clients have said that they love the way Emily captures the heart and soul of their children. Emily offers urban sessions, beach sessions and home sessions. Emily has spent countless hours studying digital photography and editing. She carefully hand edits each portrait creating an artistic and unique final portrait that your family can treasure for years to come.
