Very bad experience, very strange behavior. I would not leave my pets in their care.something is really off there.

I can't believe the horrible experience I had here. After picking up my cat, I found she was shaved improperly w/ razor burns, her ear was bleeding & chunks of hair were left from lack of brushing. She was frightened/stressed from her experience. She now shuts her eyes for long periods of time & avoids anyone. Upon confronting the MGMT, the assistant reassured us the owner's behavior was common & 'particularly bad today'. After talking w/ the assistant, we realized the owner 'disappeared' from the parking lot she was in after watching us walk in to retreat to her apartment on the 2nd floor. The owner contd. texting her assistant she was too busy to deal with the issue & refused to come down. The assistant returned the amount I paid & explained that's all she could do. This is incredibly unprofessional & disturbing no action was taken except giving me my money back, which resolves nothing for my cat's psychological & physical trauma. I STRONGLY advise you to never bring your pets here.

Monica helped me get Ruby (a long coat German Shepherd) ready for her first show. She was beautiful, fluffy and smelled amazing. It also looked like Ruby had a good time there and was just as happy when I picked her up. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. Thank you!
