ordered 1000 brochures half of them were different colors. Took them 5 days to answer me on what to do. I have used them 4 other times but this is probably the last. They said they would reprint them but the half that was salvageable I already had addressed so I would be throwing away half of the money I paid for them or they would credit my Willy walt account for $100 but I only print in April and I could die before I would use that credit so again could be money out the window and I don't want the credit after the hassle of this or they would credit my credit card $75 not $100 so they want to lose a customer over $25 when it was there error. I am waiting now for a reprint of 500 that I had to finally ask for the manager and no compensation at all for their screw up and my inconvenience and not being able to work on these for another 10 days and late in getting them mailed out. Do not do business with them as they don't care about the customer at all. zero stars if possible.
