Cold meal...not cooked correct....bad service

I'd say to stay away. Everytime I've been in this resturant, it's fitlhy, customer service is non existent and overall I've never had even remotely a good experience. The only reason I use this DQ, is because it's the only one in town, otherwise, I'd find another one. The closest other DQ is 25 miles away. So, I rarely go this DQ except on rare occasions.

Aside from the sanitaion issues and unfriendly, unprofessional staff, I can't think of any reason to visit this DQ more than once.

I tried ordering an ice cream cake over the phone, but was told the person who takes the order was too busy to talk, so I left my phone number, and 5 days later am still waiting for a return call. Other times when you call, no one answers and the phone goes to the fax machine.
