I came here all the time to mail off paperwork for my job and whenever I would come, I would be charged around 6-8 dollars. All of a sudden, they got a new girl, and they started charging me anywhere from 15-18 dollars. And I sent the same exact thing every week. I try not to go here, but sometimes once I get off of work, neither post office is open. The new girl they hired within the last couple months was rude and hateful once I started going in there. I always try to be nice, but when I dealt with her, I really wouldn't say much. So this last time, I walk in, and I wasn't even through the door good, and she LOUDLY and RUDELY says " What do you need?", so to keep my cool, I didn't say a word to her, and I placed both of my envelopes on the counter and she just stared at me and said (AGAIN RUDELY) " Umm what do you want me to do with these * eye roll *?" Because you know, when somebody comes to a postal business with envelopes it is a present for them... So I told her I needed to mail them off (LIKE I DO EVERY WEEK I DEAL WITH HER). So she asked me when I needed them there by (Again, attitude all in her voice). I had a smaller envelope that I needed in Jeff City by Saturday (May 17). So she handed me a paper and told me to fill it out, which the last few times the owner came up and told her I didn't need to fill that out, yet she keeps insisting week-to-week that I do. So since the owner wasn't near by, I grabbed the paper and I said "Okay, this isn't personal mail, so what exactly do I need to fill out? Where I am sending it to? Or where I am sending it from?" So she ROLLS her eyes and shakes her head and hand and says " Um I don't know,why don't you write whats on the envelope *points to the addresses*." Then she says " I mean come on, obvious. " Thennnnnnnnnn to top it off, as she says that, the little red head girl who I heard is a manager, walks out of the the room and didn't say TWO words to her about how she spoke to me. So, I grabbed both of the envelopes, the 20 dollar bill, put it back in my bag, and said " Never mind, I am just going to go to the Post office because every time I come in here you're always a rude hateful little B ." So, taking responsibility for my actions and my words, there is only so much a friendly customer can put up with when it comes to a rude hateful employee. Local businesses really need to stick together, and this place, has lost our business. A little over $100 a month may not seem like a lot of money, but when he starts losing more business, he will be OUT of business.
