Friendly always take care of things

We have been calling RAC for 3 weeks now to pick up thier furniture and TV. The first week passed they didnt pick it up, so we paid the weekly 52.00 Fee. The second week came and we called them again, they said they would call us back with a pick up date & Time, they never called. We called again on Dec 27th, they said they would pick it up Jan 31st. But would call us with a time. Dec 29th called again they said they would pick it up between 4pm and 6pm. Low and behold We still have the furniture!! We will not pay any more rental fees. We have called them over 6 times in the last 3 weeks and paid the first week when they didnt pick it up now its on them. We have phone call logs proving we called them. We had a set time and date for them to pick it up and they never showed. Were done with them. I would suggest never using rent a center in St. Roberts, they lie, they dont honor thier word .. and in my opinion they try to get you to keep paying for furniture you no longer want
