First let me say that businesses like this are geared to the professional. Be sure before you go in, you know what you are ordering. The volume of parts going in and out is tremendous and the counterpersons ate frequently overwhelmed. Have some patience and you will be rewarded with near OEM quality parts at a fraction of the cost.

ever try to do business with someone who is supposed to be the MANAGER and then when you try to speak to him he says call customer service! After doing what he ask now he doesn't want my companies business. how can a MANAGER who want speak to you decide he doesn't want my business. Did he call customer service and get this solution to our problem????? When you decide to become the MANAGER get on the phone and apologize for your WRONG WAY OF DOING BUSINESS! Hopefully someone in your company will read this and realize they have serious MANAGEMENT problems!
