This was the only store my bf wanted to get a shirt at. He walked into the store asked to use their trash can because he saw a no food or drink sign, then a very rude employee gave him a dirty look an said not for your trash. We left the store after I said you lost business because your worker is rude. Another employee walks out trying to defend employee and proceeds to call me a bitch. So I kindly told her to F off. Don't shop here!!!!

the employees are super cool and the whole store just has such a fun vibe. Plus the best deals on tshirts!! Definitly recommend!

This store is a total scam!!! There press never works, promises to ship your shirts, they never do, you can call and the phone of course rings and rings, no website and there email listed is not even there email. All other stores at the Village at St Simons are awesome...but do not purchase anything at this store! But Better Business Bureau knows about them now...I will contine to file complaints until my issue is resolved!!!...

We visited this store today and spent almost $300. We had several shirts made and paid before they were all done. One shirt was ruined with spots all over it. The cashier refused to give me the money back for it because they have a no refund policy when we hadn't even left the store. There was no manager on duty and she refused to tell me the owners name. I came back this afternoon to speak to the"manager" what a JOKE!!! I was told that I chastised the cashier, I told her she had to open the register and refund my money, and that we were told the color would make spots all over the shirt and we wanted it anyway. She then told me that she refused to serve me and she was calling the cops of I didn't leave the property. I own a business and have never in my life talked to or been spoken to the way this so called manager did. Please for the love of all things do not do business with this place!!!

This place is fantastic, great attitude! The employees are very helpful and very energetic. The whole place is cool looking and lots of great things to purchase.

I had to return an item that I realized was broken when i got to the beach. I drove back immediately to return it and the associate basically accused me of breaking it by telling me it wasn't broken when he sold it to me. Hmmmm....very rude and I will not be back! I do not support these kinds of businesses.

customer service and totally fun atmosphere

We spent nearly $90 at this store on surf boards and T-shirts. The screen print tees are advertised as $14 with free print. At the register they were $18 bc we got xtra front pocket print (no mention of xtra cost from salesman). The lady was very rude, yelling at us in front of other customers. The prints peeled off shirts after 1st wash,inside out in cold water, hung dry. Called store and I can PAY to send back and swap for another crappy shirt! His reply "they're made in 10 sec in store. What do you expect?" Spend your money elsewhere folks!!
