It has been a recipient of the Golden Star Award from Inn Style, Inc. and has been featured in Country Inns and Midwest Living magazines. The history of the Inn dates back to the 1700s when the daughter of Vital St. Gemme Beauvais farmed the property. The building was constructed in 1848 as a private residence for Felix Rozier and his growing family. The Roziers were prominent and successful merchants in Ste. Genevieve and their family legacy is still observable today.
