Salado Winery Company is a delightful little family owned wine creating business located in the Village of Salado, Texas. Started in 2005 by June Ritterbusch, the winemaker, winerymom and winerybosslady is usually in charge, but sometimes her husband, little boy, and #winerycat have their turn too. Together they produce wine from the grapes they grew in their own vineyard located south of Salado, and also vineyards throughout Bell County. Their labels feature Texas animals and they are especially known for their unoaked chardonnay named "Night Flight".
