Last night I locked my keys in the car at Market Basket on Highland Ave in Salem. I called tipple AAA, They stated that they would forward the call and driver would contact me. I had a whole cart of groceries and my nine year old granddaughter was very cold. We walked over to Burger King to get warm. I noticed a Bill's Auto Clinic pulling in. I knew they were from Tripple AAA's Salem Tow Company., I asked the driver if he had received the call. Andre, the driver informed me that it was not his area. He saw how cold my granddaughter was, he called the company and interrupted his dinner to assist me. He was very nice to both of us. I felt bad as I had no money for a tip. He game me a big smile and said no problem! I want you8 to know I received exemplary customer service that I greatly appreciated!

Their wrecker came promptly and got the car and gave us a ride to the garage, the driver was great. Once at the garage a starter for our car was delivered before we went back into town. We received a call that our car was done. Went back and got our car with the bill being what they said it would be.

Just wanted to reach out and give my gratitude to the man who

towed/shoveled me out of a snow drift on a Monday morning. I completely

underestimated the amount of snow and tried to drive around/ through it

and got myself stuck. I was in such a tough spot, they called a smaller

truck to get me out. They shoveled continuously. Even under the

circumstances they were so pleasant and patient. One gentleman was even

encouraging saying "Don't worry we will have you out soon." This is not a

easy job they have, even when the weather is beautiful, and I am so

thankful for all their help, I cant thank them enough.

The driver that picked me up was quick and courteous. I was able to be on time to work because of his quick service. Thank you!

Great service. Came very early and the young man named Paco was wonderful. Charged my battery and even found what made the cars battery die. Very satisfied!

We received the greatest service ever this evening from Paco. He was patient and had a great sense of humor in a stressful situation. We are grateful to his tips for the future to prevent the ignition from locking. Thank you very much.

I had my car towed and serviced at Bil's Auto Clinic. I had a great experience with the tow driver and the mechanic. Good, fast service is what I got. I will be morethan happy to go back when I am having car trouble.

The service we received yesterday was excellent. The man who came to help was courteous, and professional.

I was stranded in a parking lot on a cold day. I called AAA, and after expecting to have to wait an hour for service, Matt appeared ready to help. Thanks to him, I was on my way. His kindness and professionalism helped to make a frustrating situation a lot more bearable.

Your man, Matt is a real pro. We were surprised that he was at our house about 15 minutes after we call AAA, but we were just impressed with his manner and his thoroughness as he went about his business. He carefully explained what he was going to do. He attached his meter to the battery and determined that one of the cells was weak but none of said, when I asked, that it is a “mid-leve!” quality battery. He cleaned the battery compartment of the car with a brush be looked the through the car manual for the code to reset the radio.

I had AAA service tonight from their driver Matt and he was prompt, courteous and fixed the problem quickly.

On Friday afternoon, my car wouldn’t start so I called AAA for some help. Within 25 minutes of placing that call, my car had been jump-started and ready to go. Thanks to your employee Donnie. I just wanted to let you know that I was highly satisfied with the service I received from you company!

I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I was with the service your company and employee, Matt, provide to me today. My car’s battery died, so I called AAA. Within about 10 minutes, I received a call that someone was on his way. When Matt showed up, he was courteous and extremely helpful, and he had me up and running very quickly. He performed a battery diagnostic test, was very helpful in explaining the results, and got my car started immediately. I could not have been more satisfied with the service Matt provided and am very grateful for his help today!
