Absolute BEST REPRESENTATION I could ask for. Mark met with me the day before arraignment. He could not make my scheduled arraignment so he had it postponed for later that week when he was available. That day mark got my FELONY CHARGE AND MISDEMEANOR CHARGE DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGNMENT and referred back to a clerk magistrate for hearing where charges were later dismissed.



I was arrested 3 weeks after an indecent FOR A CRIME I DID NOT COMMIT. Mark brought to light the false claims in the police report by the "victim". He absolutely SAVED my adult criminal record, which thanks to him, is still spotless.



I have only know mark for about 2 and a half months and met with him about 6 times but this is what I know about him:



Very good listener, promptly returns phone calls and is an absolute STRAIGHT SHOOTER



Very well spoken, but not in your face confrontation which is VERY important when pleading to a judge or magistrate.



Has a VERY GOOD working relationship with EVERYONE in the Salem Court house and knows every prosecutor, DA, assistant DA, judge, clerk, clerk magistrate, police prosecutor, EVERYONE by first name basis and they all actually listen to what he has to say.



He absolutely knows the law back and front.



Compared to other defense lawyers Mark is very reasonably priced. (I checked)



Don't make the mistake of walking into court trying to explain your side of the case by yourself because the fact of the matter is you're just another face and everyone who comes in there thinks they are right or innocent. Mark works with these people everyday and they will actually listen to your side of the story through him.
