I really can't say enough about this bed and breakfast. The location is perfect...a 10 minute walk from the Boston train, even with luggage. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, very close walk to everything. 2 mins to the park, 5 mins to the main pedestrian mall area, etc. We had the Captain's Quarters room. It was very spacious, almost like a suite, sans kitchen. We had a sitting area with a comfortable futon, coffee table and tv. A great bed with impeccable linens. Big closet. Windows that can be opened to let in a breeze. Large bathroom with vanity, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, candles, etc. The breakfast was yummy! I loved the rhubarb scones (rhubarb straight from the garden!! ). A great selection of tea. Fruit, eggs, cereal, yogurt...you will not leave hungry. Flora is super nice and helpful. We especially loved her mother-in-law! What a cool lady. We loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!
