I love this tjmaxx. associates are always helpful. cashiers are always friendly. Mgrs are great. There is one mgr I believe Renee is her name that allowed me to hold furniture until I was able to pick up. very friendly and helpful.

not to waste your time shopping here. They sell defective products and then blame you for not noticing when you bought it. Manager there was definatley the worst manager i've ever dealt with. she was so bad i asked for her name (renee criseny or something like that, I would've asked for the spelling if I wasn't already so mad about the horrible service) she really needs to rethink being a manager because she doesn't have any people skills and obviously doesn't know how to run a store .. businesses mainly fail because of bad managers and this is the perfect example right here .. also one bad customer experience usually results in the loss of 10 customers so maybe tj maxx should rethink the manager they hired.
