this business deserves no stars. it is one of the most unfriendly, unhelpful businesses I have to deal with. grumpy manager, not to mention they are OUT of chlorine tablets on one of the most busy time of year. And last year I had enough points to earn a $25 credit, and the cashier told me it didn't expire, if I wanted to use it next year. well, guess what? I was told it's expired and I can't use it. Now I've got to see if I can find a NAMCO elsewhere, after all they gave me a coupon for 20% off for today ONLY, and noone is answering the phone, to see if they HAVE chorine tablets, so I either drive all the way to Salem, NH for nothing, or find another store. GEESH, how do they stay in business?

Run as fast as you can from buying a pool here! Brand new pool fell apart within a few months after being installed by a professional recommeded by Namco. Installer would not call me back and Namco says they are not responsible for installer's actions. Paid extra for extended warranty. Namco's answer from customer servicde was to have new pool walls delivered to the store. They would only charge me $500.00 for them as I am a good customer! I had to pick the walls up myself and pay to have them installed. When I called customer service to complain, the rep refused to give me his name or the name of his Supervisor. I was told that he did not have to give me even his first name. He probably didn't want to be associated with the company but needed the job. Absolute nightmare. I am stuck with a brand new pool that my family never swam in and cannot afford to get it repaired under the Namco warranty that I paid extra for. Store manager's answer was that he worked for a successful company and did not need my business anyway. Please do not buy at Namco. They are con artists and I regret ever walking into the store.
