This was a terrible experience. They took forever to see me. I had to wait while I watched people through the window walk back and forth doing nothing and some talking on their cell phones. Then I was greeted by someone who could not speak English very well and did not know how to use their computer system - that cost me 15 more minutes time. I will never go to this facility again.
