Salemhaven is a nonprofit, 110-plus-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. It is certified by Medicaid and Medicare, and is located in Salem, N.H. The center offers general medical and 24-hour nursing care, as well as a number of specialized programs and services to its residents. Salemhaven features a dining room, beauty salon, chapel, family meeting rooms, and private and semiprivate suites. Its special health services include occupational, speech and physical therapies.
