Asked to get a football game on a TV that the sound worked. I was told to wait until the desk help made drinks. The desk help NEVER came up to fix the TV situation. Second time this happened to me. Also, the showers are always marginal when it comes to cleanliness, filled soap dispensers, etc. only reason I stay is it's stupid cheap with our insurance.

I wish I had read the reviews before me and my husband signed up to this gym. It's unbelievable the way they disrespect the customers there. We singed up for one year and we paid $899 in advance, for both of us, for 1 year. Then we had a legitimate situation that we had to cancel the contract and that's when the nightmare started. We still had time to cancel the contract but the guy that made our contract, named Chris, said that he woud take care of this for us. He was just trying to kill time so we would miss the deadline to cancel the contract. Of course after that he stopped answering our calls. Then I tried to contact the manager named Jennifer, she said she would have to talk to someone else. I never got back from her or that person as well. Now we have a 1 year membership at this place that we can't even hear about. In addition, the place is not as great as they try to show. The pool's water is always cold. You can't go to the jacuzzi by yourself because they don't have a lifeguard (and there's a kids' "waterpark" in there!). The only class I attended was really hard to follow cause there was a wet sign right in the middle of the room, during the class. The group classes' schedule is very limited too. On the top of all that, my husband has a health condition and really needs to workout (and they all know that), and we won't go to this crap place anymore but we can't pay for some place else, cause we spent nine freaking dollars in a scam. Good luck if you're thinking about working out there!

I was join this gym since they opened and I'm very exciting with this gym because they have everything I need.I have 2 kids and this is how I get a problem with them,they come up with a new rule all the time one they they told me in the changing room that I can not have my son in the change with me, my son just 3 years all that time and they want me use a family bath room which no shower.The management is very poor.After my membership expire I never want to renew again until I decide to put my son in the summer camp with them because I like the staff and today I plan to put my kids in the swimming poor, the manager told me that I have to pay for $15 for each child,my son 4 and my daughter 2 which will be $30.I think this is too much for me,I can not believe this place try to make money like this.
