Contracted them to remove bats from our house in August/September. They advised us they could not legally remove them at that time, would return later in year after they leave on their own. We had to call them back again when no one had come by November. On a day in approximately mid-November, they showed up with 4 guys, walked on the roof for 45 minutes (not sure what they did on roof, suspicion is very little). They then charged $1600. Stated the bats were already gone, they left for the caves in southern Ohio. I guess I expected too much for this ludicrous charge. I expected bats removed, and gaps/holes sealed so they cannot return. They removed no bats, sealed next to nothing, and you guessed it. I still have bats. Called them out again late spring to show them areas they failed to seal. We were told this would be a whole new job. I assume they are OK for some things, but avoid this company like the plague if you need bats removed from your home. Through my own research, I have learned that brown bats live in the attics, walls, eaves of homes all winter. They do not "leave for the caves of Southern Ohio in winter."

This is an update to this post. Rodney, the owner found my post. He contacted me to make things right. He has been very attentive and has been very helpful in trying to eliminate our problems. He has stated he will take care of the problem and not charge us further. I give him a lot of respect for trying as hard as he is now to eliminate our problem and for contacting me in the first place when he really didn't have to. I do think Rodney, the company owner, is a very standup guy and will make things right. I think we experienced a hiccup in their service originally.

Have had them come out for several problems that I have had and they've taken care of it and always done an amazing job thanks guys
