They have forgotten a few times to pick up my trash over the past year. When we call because they did not pick up, it takes a while to get to a human. Usually we just wait until the next week (we recycle and compost quite a bit, so we usually don't have a high volume of trash and sometimes don't put out the can every week. Currently I have a larger load waiting for a pickup that never happened, this on a Friday before Labor Day weekend (with a house full of people). They do a good job, WHEN THEY DO THEIR JOB. Like another review I've read, I'm thinking of switching.

They are good if they pick up the trash. When they don't pick up the trash, its a frustrating situation. You have to call them, which takes like 15 minutes to get throught to customer service then followed by a voicemail to leave a message. If you leave a message, it takes forever to respond. Once they finally answer, they come and pick up the trash right away. Personally, I am thinking of switching.
