Marylin is a horrible person. She refused to let me sign a contract in may of 2016. Claiming she would mail me a contract in Jan 2017. That is thier normal procedure.
It's jan 2017, I called to find out why I haven't gotten a contract to find out she gave my date away.
No I'm supposed to get married in 8 months with no where to do it.
She even laughed when I pointed out she's single handedly ruined my wedding.

Bad Customer Service

As a bride to be, you are under enough stress already then to need to deal with additional stress caused by bad customer service. Last week I called to inquire about the availability if the Saxon Club's barn for a Fall 2015 wedding. Marilyn, who handles contracts, said she wasn't in front of her list to check our dates but that she believed there were dates still available for October or the end of September 2015. I set up a time to view the location which is 40 minutes from my home and asked her to call me if she looked at her list and none of our dates were available so that I wouldn't waste time, gas etc to look at the venue. Today, I went to look at the venue as scheduled. Joy, who shows the place, was late getting there due to a family issue which wasn't a big deal. After looking at it we called Marilyn back to book the venue only to be told that none of our dates were available. So after wasting gas and the time it took to drive there and back and the time Joy spent showing is the facility we were left venue less all of which could have been avoided with a courteous phone call as was promised when she realized our dates weren't available.
